Covid Stimulus Watch adds 5,000 health care providers to list of aid recipients

Covid Stimulus Watch is a website created by Good Jobs First to help monitor CARES Act aid to corporations. It has just grown tenfold with the addition of 5,000 entries involving health care providers.

The 5,000 new health care entries total $15 billion in aid, including $109 million to Cleveland Clinic.

“The HHS list contains more than 142,000 entries, but most of those are small amounts going to individual practitioners,” said Good Jobs First research director Philip Mattera, who leads the work on Covid Stimulus Watch.

The website, which now contains data on more than 5,400 grants and loans, is free for anyone to use. You can search the database to see if your employer has received any COVID aid at https://covidstimuluswatch.org/.
