Senator Reid has had a distinguished legacy advocating for the rights and interests of American working families. He has exhibited that rare combination of being a hard-knuckled fighter for those who, all-too-often aren't represented in the political arena. He is a statesman who has led the Senate with distinction. His leadership in the U.S. Senate is hardly over. During the remainder of his term, we know he will continue to aggressively pursue what is right and just.
