- On March 6, the Labor Board issued another decision on the challenged election ballots, this time from the Regional Director.
- We believe this decision would still mean the union won.
- Unfortunately, Kumho will probably appeal AGAIN – so the fight is not over yet.
- USW attorneys are fighting the legal battle over the election.
- In addition, the union continues to file legal charges against Kumho every time we think management has unfairly targeted a union supporter or broken the law.
