Last week, the USW expected to hear from ATI.
Since our last bargaining session, the union has sent multiple communications and offers to the company, and they have NOT responded.
ATI claims the April 26th offer is still on the table, but so is our union’s May 6th offer.
We continue to stand ready to re-engage as we will continue to pursue our unemployment claims and unfair labor practice charges.
If the company really wanted to settle the dispute, they would bargain in good faith.
Their refusal to bargain around the clock is an example if their arrogance and distain for the workers, the customers and the stockholders.
It’s also another example of their relentless mismanagement.
