The USW/CWA Health, Safety and Environment Conference will be held Sept. 9-13, 2019 at the David L. Lawrence Convention Center and Westin Hotel in Pittsburgh, Pa.

Conference Registration

Online registration is now CLOSED. NEW REGISTRANTS will be able to register in the Convention Center, East Atrium, at the designated self-registration kiosks.

The onsite conference registration and name badge pick-up schedule is as follows:
Union-only          Sunday, Sept. 8          12 to 8 p.m.
                           Monday, Sept. 9          7:30 to 9:30 a.m.
Management      Monday, Sept. 9          3 to 5 p.m.
                           Tuesday, Sept. 10       7 to 8 a.m.

Hotel Reservations

A block of rooms has been set aside at the hotels listed below at the rate of $142 per night, plus applicable taxes and fees. Please make your hotel reservations using the website links or phone numbers provided below. If booking by phone, identify yourself as an attendee of the 2019 USW Health, Safety and Environment Conference. The final date for booking hotel reservations is Aug. 16, 2019.
