District 11 OSHA 10-Hour Training, St. Louis and Eastern Missouri


We will be conducting a 1-1/2 day OSHA 10-Hour Training for local unions in St. Louis and Eastern Missouri on May 13 and 14, 2019. 

The USW encourages all members to receive hazard awareness training. This training provides participants with an overview of OSHA policies, procedures and standards, as well as safety and health principles, which will raise the awareness of hazards in the workplace. After completion of the class, members will receive an OSHA 10-hour certification card from the U.S. Department of Labor. 

The details for the training are as follows: 

Monday, May 13, 9 a.m.-4 p.m. (lunch provided) 
Tuesday, May 14, 9 a.m.-noon

Please be aware that in order to conduct the training, we need a minimum of 15 people to register. In addition, the maximum class size is 30 people. If the number of registrations received exceeds the maximum number allowed, participants will be accepted on a first-come, first served basis.
