The USPA Biennial Conference is an educational conference for United Steelworker communicators whether they are editors, webmasters or activists. The conference is open to all USW members but only USPA members are eligible to participate in the election of officers, and to vote on any proposed by-law changes or motions placed before the body, with one vote for each publication.  Local unions are welcome to send as many observers as they wish.

The United Steelworkers Press Association (USPA) is a United Steelworker (USW) organization of local union newsletter editors, web masters and communicators dedicated to improving the union’s ability to get its message to the members and the public. We are free service to local unions - staffed by the Steelworkers Communications Department and have an elected board of directors, consisting of rank-and-file representatives from each district of the union.
