Father and Son Show Union Solidarity

Check out this remarkable life-long commitment to the Union and unique solidarity among a father and son team from Local 309 in Alcoa, TN.

Steve Morris, father of Jeremiah had his tattoo before the elder Morris. The father/ son agreement was when Jeremiah got his tattoo, Steve would too.

His son Jeremiah followed in his fathers footsteps and got a job at Alcoa. Jeremiah joined his father’s Local Union immediately and eventually became Department Chair and Safety Representative at Alcoa's South Plant.

Steve is Plant Chairperson for the Alcoa Power Division.
