Mobilizing to Defeat CAFTA


Steelworkers from Western Pennsylvania traveled to Washington, DC prior to the CAFTA vote to ensure that undecided members of Pennsylvania's Congressional Delegation knew where our union stood on the issue of CAFTA.

During the day, Steelworkers met with numerous Representatives and urged them to oppose CAFTA.  They also reminded their elected officials of the toll bad trade deals have already taken on jobs in the state of Pennsylvania.
