The winning Locals all had strong Rapid Response Teams in place, quick responses to Rapid Response requests for action, and exceptional performance on those actions.  Oftentimes these Locals go far above what is asked, taking their efforts into their surrounding communities and ensuring that our issues receive the attention they deserve.
