USW Members Support Modernizing US Chemical Regulations

The Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA) was passed in the 1970s and is in need of updating to adequately protect us. The average worker or consumer knows very little about the safety of chemicals in the home or workplace.

The BlueGreen Alliance recently put together this video showing two USW members who support the Safer Chemicals Act. If passed, this law will update TSCA to be more protective based upon advances in science since TSCA was originally passed over 40 years ago.
