Building Support in our Communities - 2012 National Oil Bargaining
To strengthen our position and help ensure victory as we fight for fair contracts, we need to involve our communities. Sometimes, our employers are simply too big to fight alone: and they donʼt get much bigger than Big Oil. In cases like that - if the company wants to slash wages or benefits - we must find allies to join our campaign and support our side of the cause.
