- May 17, 2012 Tesoro Los Angeles Refinery Workers Stand Strong United Steelworkers (USW) Local 675 held a three-part rally May 10 at the Los Angeles Tesoro refinery. The first rally was at 5:00 a.m. to welcome Tesoro CEO Greg Goff to the refinery. Instead of going through the front entrance where the rally was, he went in another way.
