- December 16, 2011 Message to Airline Division Employees On December 8, Pinnacle Airlines Corp. made a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission announcing that it is beginning a comprehensive program to reduce its costs and improve liquidity. Pinnacle reported that it intends to seek modifications to the company’s agreements with mainline airline partners, equipment lessors, debt holders and others, and it would seek to reduce labor costs associated with its union and non-union retirees. - October 25, 2011 Pinnacle Airlines, Inc., Flight Attendants Ratify Agreement Pinnacle Airlines Corp.'s (NASDAQ: PNCL) wholly owned subsidiary, Pinnacle Airlines, Inc., announced today that a revised tentative agreement with the United Steelworkers AFL-CIO (USW) to amend the collective bargaining agreement covering 871 flight attendants has been ratified.
