Congratulations to Andy Frye, USW Rapid Response Coordinator for District 13, for being honored with the Northeastern Oklahoma Central Labor Council, AFL-CIO Eagle Award at their 20th Annual Labor Banquet on April 16, 2016. Eagle recipients are presented with this award for their outstanding efforts, dedication and commitment to the labor movement and their communities.
