Health and Safety Must Come First in Oil Bargaining

USW Local 12-591 President Steve Garey and progressive talk show host Leslie Marshall this week discussed the unfair labor practice strike which occurred because of the oil companies’ failure to bargain in good faith and the urgent safety concerns that forced 3,800 oil workers to walk out on Feb. 1.
