- January 12, 2012 USW Local 752L Prepares for Contract Talks On November 3 and 4, United Steelworkers (USW) Local 752L in Texarkana, AR held (Contract Action Team) CAT training for their current round of contract negotiations. About 30 members participated in the two day event. On November 29 their employer, Cooper Tire & Rubber Co., locked out their Sisters and Brothers of USW Local 207L, in Findlay Ohio.
