Hey, Gov. LePage: Social Security is not Welfare

An article in the Daily Kos reveals what Paul LePage, the Republican Governor of Maine has to say about Social Security and Medicare. He labels them "welfare."

Conservatives often refer to the Constitution when there is something that they oppose.  But most often, it is clear that they haven't the foggiest notion of what the Constitution actually states.

The Preamble to the Constitution states:  "We the people of the United States, in order to form a more perfect union, establish justice, insure domestic tranquility, provide for the common defense, promote the general welfare, and secure the blessings of liberty to ourselves and our posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America. "

So why is Gov. LePage against the U.S. Constitution?
